The District 2 Chairperson is elected every two years by the voting members of District 2. The District 2 Chairperson sets the monthly business meeting agenda, including motions initiated by a member of District 2. The Chairperson directs the agenda, discussion of motions, meeting calendar, voting and election process at each monthly business
meeting. The Chairperson conducts the business meetings, per the Current Practices of District 2.

The Chairperson is the liaison between District 2 and Area 15 Officers, Delegate, Alternate Delegate and District Chairpersons serving Area 15. The District 2 Chairperson attends the District Chairpersons meeting at each Area 15 quarterly.
