  • Composition: The District Dispatch member is appointed by the District II Chair and approved by the body.
  • Scope: This committee is responsible for communicating information within District II via a newsletter.
  • Procedure: (1) Compiles and prints the newsletter for availability at the monthly District II business meeting. (2) Encourages members of the District to write encouraging articles of their experience in service.
